How this works
Reports publish immediately. There is no single reviewer, so readers do the verifying: corroborate, dispute, and flag. Enough flags pull a report automatically, without waiting for anyone to be on duty.
Why this page is public: A silent takedown is indistinguishable from censorship. So what was pulled and why is written down here. The subject and narrative are not shown: republishing the text of a report pulled for naming a person would defeat the removal on the very page explaining it.
